Just thought I'd buck the national obsession and tell you that I am not reading Harry Potter today because just yesterday I remembered that actually I'd run out of HP steam on number five (Goblets?) and never even bought number six ( Half Blood?) so I'm way behind with Potterdom and may be some time catching up.In the end there may be no point because I'm sure all beans will be well and truly spilt before the end of the day.
However I did receive my copy from Bookhound who was delighted to find it in Morrison's for a whopping £4.99.
Meanwhile a book arrived this morning from Kit Berry who contacted me earlier this week to ask if I'd be interested in reading the first in her Stonewylde series.
Yes says I because by chance I had spotted it in Waterstone's just this week. This poor book must have travelled through the postal system all on its own hustling and bustling along with millions of Potters to get to me so the least I could do was open Magus of Stonewylde and read...and read...and read and now I'm off to read a bit more.
Thanks Kit and how I love the mere name of Moongazy Publishing all fuels my fascination for moon-gazing hares, so here's one of my favourites and before anyone asks you can buy these tiles here and they must have sold loads via this blog.
