Phew... well that's that all done and enough superlatives have passed my lips in recent weeks so I won't add any more, but what a memorable Olympic party we have all enjoyed here and I hope you have had a good one too.
And Magnus is pretty exhausted as well...
But now what??
Well we rushed into Olympics at full throttle before finishing off all the Port Eliot posts here, so a few more of those to follow. One of the lovely moments of the festival for me was to open the programme and find that a little piece, requested in the weeks prior to events, had been used on the first page
It is a truly magical place so a few more of those favourite moments to come with some more festival event reports and Happy Camper exploits so that I have those on the record, along with the usual books, knitting, swimming dogs (yes really) and who knows what else mixed in.
What a wonderful summer this is turning out to be.
