We had the most beautiful, clear, still, full Hunter's Moon last night, and as we walked Little Nell around the field and the moonbeams bounced off her, well... it was hard to imagine that this same peaceful autumn moon could be causing tidal chaos along with the terrifying storm that was just making landfall on the US East Coast. But we thought of you all.
I know you are all a brave and resourceful lot over there, and will have hunkered down and been as safe and as well-protected as you could possibly be, but I am sure I am not alone here in being worried for you. I know too that many of you may not have electricity, and that logging onto the internet is probably not your highest priority right now, but I am putting this post here today for all of you...to know that we are thinking of you, praying that you are all safe, and we will hope to hear from you very soon xx
