For anyone who has been plagued by the scourge of the disappearing comment here, and usually after you have spent an age writing it, please don't worry because it is happening to me too.
Several of you have emailed me and I have been in touch with Typepad who suggested I check the Spam box, which, after seven years, you would think I knew existed but I didn't. Once located there were all the missing comments which I have since published.
Apparently I hear from Typepad today that they are installing a new spam filter.
I really want to say 'fritter'... didn't you just love those at school dinners, heaven help our childhood cholesterol and who knows which animal they contain these days, but as yet the spam 'fritter' hasn't reached us here so there are a few 'issues' until it does.
Rest assured I am checking spam several times a day and publishing the comments, so if yours disappears, don't panic, and no need to kick the cat/dog/table, I will find it eventually.
