Sorry, I think I'm turning into a Fujipix bore, and I'm rather regretting my suggestion ( seconded & agreed) at this year's Village Show committee meeting that the Macro class in the photography section be given a year off on the basis that is was unfair, mitigating against those of us with bog-standard cameras. This of course bore no relevance to any bitterness I may harbour about my stunning shot of the butterfly on the sunflower being criticised last year for lack of clarity/not really macro enough, when my poor little camera couldn't have macroed harder if it had tried.
So I'd gone out an another Testing Testing walk on a glorious mid-summer's evening yesterday and was idly taking pictures of what I thought might be rabbits in the clover several hundred yards away...
...when I heard the familiar sounds of this...
And of course now I can even see if I know the people in the balloon, which I didn't..
and even the cows were watching ...
OK I'm over it now, that's enough, back to books this week. We have a serious amount of reading to discuss.
